A couple of months ago we decided to pile in the van for an afternoon drive. We ended up at a local lake park and made some lifetime family memories with the girls. Horse owners and trainers also enjoy this beautiful park and one owner shared his horse, Tango, with Karen and the girls. Tango is a very large horse, 16.75 hands to be exact. We thought the girls would be too scared to ride but after minutes of warming up by riding with mom, they were ready to sit solo. The girls still love to talk about their afternoon with Tango. It is amazing how some of the most memorable experiences are never planned and come so unexpectedly.
